How long does shipping take?
Standard Orders: 2 to 7 business days to ship.
Express Orders: Express Next Business Day Delivery Available in Toronto, Ottawa & Montreal Only

We currently ship across Canada.

Any Express Shipping Options (Faster Shipping)?
Due to regulatory shipping restrictions, we ONLY offer Standard Ground Shipment. Nitrous Oxide like any other Gas or Dangerous Goods (Class 5.1/2.2) can be shipped only via ground. This regulatory restriction does not allow for feasible transport of Smartwhip via express or domestic air freight.
What payment methods and do you charge taxes?
We Accept all major Canadian Cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and American Express.
We also charge standard retail sales tax as per province/territory of delivery.

Got a complaint?
Our aim is for all our customers to love everything we do. In the unlikely event this is not the case we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we can put it right for you and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
For any complaints/concerns we advise that you contact our Customer Experience Team where our crew will be happy to assist you immediately and resolve any problems you may have experienced.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 2 working days unless there are extenuating circumstances.
